This was the first all-up test of the rebuilt Back-saver Sand Cart, with its spiffy aluminum axle. It worked as well as it always had, with less worry about breaking something.
That note took some digging to find, as I wasn't keeping much in the way of records at the time. No reports and only the most brief of notes in the Tidelog.
